Warlock: Dungeons & Dragons Warlock Spell Combo Planner

A checklist of filmed jobs — not a damage solver

Last updated:

Spell Combo Planner

Use this planner after you have watched how to play and skimmed combos. Tick the jobs you want to practice when the game exists. Nothing here has a number. If a box is unchecked, you are missing a verb the Gamescom film treated as first-class.

Jobs to rehearse

How to read an unchecked box

Weather without a conductor is just atmosphere. A pin without steel or a leash is a delay. A swap without a second body is a dead button. Ghost without a grate is a panic teleport you could have saved. That is the whole lesson of how to combo magic. Rituals cost reagents so the first box is expensive on purpose.

Pair with builds

If you tick steel last every time, you are playing Pact of the Blade. If you never tick steel, you are still valid as a cantrip speaker — just know Kaatri’s biography disagrees. Spell loadouts is the prose version of this list.

Limits

No save to cloud. No sharing codes. No “optimal.” When Invoke adds spells, we will add boxes with official names only. Spells hub is the authority. Tools hub lists sibling planners. How to beat enemies uses the same jobs against Watchers and ogres.

What we still refuse to invent on this page

Pre-release wikis fail when they fill silence with numbers. Warlock: Dungeons & Dragons has not published damage, cooldowns, campaign hours, or a skill tree. This article therefore repeats only public nouns: Kaatri, Tasha, Darkon, Raw Magic, cantrips, advanced spells, rituals, two weapons, 2027, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, Steam, and the Epic Games Store. If a later trailer names a new tool, it belongs here as a named tool, not as a guessed rank. Wishlist links belong on the platforms article. Button maps belong on the controls article. Boss names belong nowhere until Invoke says them on camera.

Readers arriving from Baldur’s Gate 3 should treat this page as a different job: no camp, no dice, no origin picker. Readers arriving from Dark Alliance should treat it as a different session: no four-player drop-in. Readers arriving from tabletop warlock threads should treat Eldritch Blast as a pad verb, not a slot you ration after a short rest. Witch Bolt wants water and metal. Black Tentacles hold bodies and masonry. Fey Switch is a survival swap. Downpour is a ritual with bowls. Tasha’s Leash is original to this video game.

The official site, the Gamescom eight-minute film, Maggie Robertson’s stage intro, and Dominic Guay’s IGN interview remain the primary sources. Tricia Helfer is Kaatri. The lost person has no public name. Azalin Rex is vanished in previews, not a confirmed health bar. Crickshank harbors a secret in captions. Steam lists twelve languages; this wiki ships English, French, German, and Spanish. The launch window is still a year, not a day. Notes on tools/spell-combo-planner-en-0 stay unique to this article.
